1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of LIKERY.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity (Section 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
After your order has been received, you will first receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by dispatching the goods to you.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated on the product pages include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
5. Payment Methods
Various payment methods are available in our online shop, for example:

6. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, shipping is generally carried out within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery time is generally 2–5 business days.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights shall apply.
10. Contract Language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
